Pete Rose is Back in Baseball

Akron, Ohio (June 10, 2016) – After more than 27 years away from the sport, Pete Rose makes his triumphant return to Major League Baseball (MLB) by partnering with fanDaction—the next generation fantasy sports platform offering more sports, more choices, and twice the action traditionally available.

Through the partnership, Pete will enhance the fan experience by becoming the first MLB player and manager to participate in a unique online fantasy sports contest Pete's Picks daily at fanDaction.com. Players can match their skills versus Pete’s knowledge and skill year round in baseball, football and basketball, in order to win big online.

"I"m excited to partner with a company like fanDaction, which allows me to interact daily in an innovative way to enhance fans’ baseball experience,” said Pete. “Pete's Picks—the first of its kind in MLB—speaks volumes about the vision of the fanDaction team to bring more unique offerings than ever to fantasy sports and the people who love them.”

Unlike other fantasy sports sites, fanDaction broadens the fan’s experience at all levels by inviting more creative game offerings than the competition. In addition to salary cap contests, fanDaction also will offer Pick5 and Pick10 non-salary cap games, first and second half fantasy contests, and fantasy horse matchups.
